The hormonal changes that happen for women in perimenopause, that beckon the wise womxn years, prime all women for actualizing their souls purpose. Outdated notions of womxn aging and fading into obscurity are done. Womxn who commit to their health and well being as they age, will catapult themselves into their personal “prime time”. Let’s build a plan to optimize your pleasure, claim your place on any local and global stage, and outrun your younger counterparts to do anything you want to for yourselves and your families.
This is the time to shift the suboptimal patterns that don’t serve your health and become the tough broad you are! In this 8 week course you will be supported to take stock of where you would like to optimize your health. We will cocreate ways to use your own crafter personal medicine to help you implement practices and a plan to get you stronger, achieve personal goals of all kinds, dissolve blocks for maximizing your sexual energy and set you up to succeed! This is your time!

Hormone shifts: what happens during perimenopause and menopause and what effects does it have on your body and brain?
Set up hormonal testing through your healthcare provider or home testing kit.
Understand what lifestyle choices can be made to start balance your hormones based on testing.
Understanding Pillars of Health and identifying areas that are optimized and which areas need attention.
Initiate action plan for optimizing health through Individualized Pillars of Health Protocols.
Create a community care plan and support to achieve your goals.

May 3 - Stress: What it is and what is your response? Identifying triggers and strategies for minimizing the negative effects of stress.
May 10 - The practice: meditation and self love practices to manage stress and down regulate your nervous system.
May 1 - How cortisol and carbs drive weight gain in perimenopause and what you can do to manage it, if you want to...If you don’t let’s optimize our health and wellness while rocking our beautiful and sexy thickness!
May 2 - Food Lab: Keto and Mediterranean Diets and why they are good for us as we age! Macronutrients and fueling for demands!
May 31 - Hydration! Lab on optimizing hydration.
June 7/14/20 - Physical and Sexual Health: What do you need to be doing weekly to maintain your strength, endurance, vulvar and sexaul health. Exercise to optimize your hormones, ensure adaptability and mobility and stay strong.
