April 7: Vagus Nerve Practice and muscles of facial expression

April 14: Respiration mechanics, mobilization and optimization

April 21: Neck anatomy, common pathomechanics and correctives

April 28: Rib, sternal and manubrial care and mobilizations

May 5th: The Shoulder complex: Scapulothoracic articulations, glenohumeral joint, AC and SC joints-mobilizations to set up for optimal training in all planes of motion.

May 12th: Pelvic Floor: understanding and balancing pelvic floor for men and women

May 19th: Deep and superficial Abs: separate and connect the abdominal structures for flexible support

May 26th: Spinal Mobility Through Primal Movement

June 2nd:  Hip to Knee: Strength and Mobility

June 9th: Knee to Foot: Strength and Mobility


Tools Required

  3. Weights:  My preference is one set of light weight and one set of heavy.  It could be one set of 5lb and a set of 8lb or 10lb weights.  If you are used to heavier weights a set of 7lbs and 15lbs.
