Through the lens of Polyvagal Theory I have coalesced resources to process trauma from a body centered approach. Through simple breathing practices, exercises to tone the vagus nerve and exercise modalities that are prescriptive for your nervous system, we can create a practice to support your body's capacity to be adaptable and resilient.
