I started teaching workshops focusing on strengthening the pelvic floor for postural support and sexual response almost 30 years ago. Learning the anatomy and function, as well as how to strengthen and mobilize the muscles at the bottom of your pelvis are primary to maintaining low back health and optimized sexual response through life. Connecting to the source of your creative, sexual self can have far reaching effects on your life and health.
