Assessment, Biomechanics and Movement Tutorials: Rehab Exercise
Rest and manual therapies are indicated when there is pain or injury, but that phase of healing should be minimal. Moving appropriately is the mandate in order to heal. During these one-on-one sessions assessment driven programming and your commitment will move you from compromised function to high performance.
Pelvic Floor Training
I started teaching workshops focusing on strengthening the pelvic floor for postural support and sexual response almost 30 years ago. Learning the anatomy and function, as well as how to strengthen and mobilize the muscles at the bottom of your pelvis is primary to maintaining low back health and optimized sexual response through life.
Wise Woman Support
The language around the time women change from menstruating to non-mentruating does not speak to all the amazing and glorious changes that women go through and the opportunities that are available to them in this time. There is ample research that clearly illuminates that when a woman is well educated on what this transition can look like, adverse symptoms are diminished significantly. When women have all of their Pillars of Health optimized then they can move into their personal “Prime Time” with a clear mindset and mindstate, strength and a juicy sex life!
