Introducing the Ultimate Mobility and HIIT Program, a comprehensive month-long fitness journey designed to transform your body and elevate your fitness levels. With this program, you'll receive exclusive access to a library of Kelly’s Joint Resilience mobility session recordings, delivered straight to your inbox every week. These sessions are carefully crafted to target specific joint anatomy, allowing you to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall mobility.
But that's not all! You'll also get a monthly subscription to our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program, providing you with eight invigorating classes over the course of the month. Live HIIT classes are Monday and Friday at noon EST. Session recordings will be available if you can’t make the live sessions.
Uplevel your experience with the customized option, which includes two live sessions with Kelly Kane (online or in person), with recordings available for later access. In these sessions Kelly will craft a personalized workout that you can add to your twice-weekly HIIT sessions that addresses your unique biomechanical, mobility and strength challenges.
